We have high hygiene standards in food preparation, so the entry of food and drinks from external suppliers is not allowed.

Do you have a chapel?
We provide a courtesy room that can be set for a religious or civil ceremony. We also provide you with a directory of all the churches near the hotel
Can we enter our own suppliers?
Yes, it does not generate an extra cost, we only request that you sign the hotel regulations.

Can changes be made to the package?
We make personalized quotes, so there may be changes or additions.
How far in advance should I deliver the drinks for my event?
Delivery is requested 2 days prior to the event. Your executive will indicate the instructions to make the delivery.
Do you offer a special room rate for my guests?
We do grant special rates on weekends, it is not mandatory that all the guests stay, nor does it commit the couple.
Can I have my photo session at the Hotel?
Yes, we have very nice spaces for your photo session. A prior appointment with your photographer is necessary to meet them.
At what point in the planning can I hire overtime?
They can be hired from the beginning of your planning until before the end of your event.
When can I do my menu test?
As soon as 50% of your contribution has been paid. A couple of months before your event is recommended.
